Growth Track
Knowing God – Welcome to Lighthouse

GOAL
To introduce people to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, explain the basics of salvation and baptism, and connect them to the vision and culture of Lighthouse Nation Church.
TOPICS COVERED
What it means to follow Jesus:
Following Jesus is more than attending church, it’s a life surrendered to God. We explain repentance, faith, and the daily pursuit of a relationship with Christ.
Understanding Salvation:
Salvation is the beginning of a transformed life. We teach the biblical foundation of salvation (Romans 10:9-10), grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9), and assurance of salvation.
The importance of Water Baptism:
Baptism is a public declaration of faith. It symbolizes dying to the old self and being raised to new life in Christ (Romans 6:4). We explain why baptism is an essential step of obedience for every believer.
History and Vision of Lighthouse Nation Church:
Sharing the church’s story, our leadership, our mission to reach the lost, and our passion for seeing people grow in Christ.
Our beliefs and values:
Lighthouse Nation is rooted in the Bible. We emphasize worship, community, generosity, service, and spiritual growth as core values.
OUTCOME
New attendees feel loved, valued, and welcomed. They gain a clear understanding of the Gospel, Lighthouse Nation’s mission, and what it means to belong to the church family.
Find Freedom – Connect to Our Community

GOAL
To guide people into life-giving relationships where they can experience freedom, healing, and personal growth through biblical community.
TOPICS COVERED
Why community matters:
We are not called to walk alone (Genesis 2:18). Growth happens best in the context of relationships. We emphasize the biblical mandate for community (Acts 2:42-47).
The power of small groups:
Small groups foster accountability, support, spiritual growth, and authentic connections. In groups, people find freedom from past hurts and discover God’s healing power.
How to build authentic relationships:
Practical teaching on how to be transparent, supportive, and encouraging. Relationships built on honesty and love create the foundation for growth.
Taking your next step in spiritual growth:
Whether through discipleship, leadership, or personal devotion, everyone has a next step to take. We help attendees identify what that is.
OUTCOME
Attendees join a small group, develop meaningful relationships, and begin to walk in freedom from past struggles, moving toward the abundant life Jesus promised (John 10:10).
Discover Purpose – Discover Your Design

GOAL
To help people discover how God uniquely designed them, spiritually, emotionally, and experientially, so they can fulfill their God-given purpose.
TOPICS COVERED
Discovering your spiritual gifts:
Each believer is gifted (1 Corinthians 12). We help people identify their gifts and understand how these gifts serve the body of Christ and impact the world.
Understanding your personality type (DISC or Enneagram):
Personality assessments help individuals understand their natural strengths, communication styles, and leadership tendencies, improving self-awareness and teamwork.
Exploring your life experiences and passions:
God uses our unique stories, both victories and failures, to shape our ministry and influence. Participants reflect on how their past can serve others.
How God uses your story for impact:
Nothing is wasted in God’s kingdom. We help people see that their testimony and life journey can lead others to Christ and bring healing to broken places.
OUTCOME
Participants complete a Spiritual Gifts and Personality Assessment, gaining clarity on how they are wired and where they can serve most effectively. They leave with a sense of purpose and direction.
Make a Difference – Join the Team

GOAL
To empower people to step into active ministry, serving both within the church and in the community, living out their faith through action.

Serving is a privilege and a responsibility (Mark 10:45). We emphasize that greatness in God’s kingdom is found in serving others.
